I had the British Butler Academy at my Hotel for Elite Butler and Customer Service training during May 2015. What an uplift the staff had from it. The training was conducted with a few days theoretical intro and the rest of the training done in our real environment where the trainer spent time with each individual member of staff, perfecting their skills. Each day ended with a work shop. The hotel's service was always good but is not on another level. Very happy guests to say the least. I highly recommend The British Butler Academy for any from of service training.
