First of all, when you contact us, we will have a consultation with you. Secondly, we will discuss you training requirements. Thirdly, we will then send you a proposal and if you decide to go ahead with us then we will be making a curriculum suitable to your exact needs. This is in order to later carry the training to the exact requirements of each individual property. This may be to improve guest service or to introduce a new butler style service for their guests. Of course, the courses we provide are tailored to meet the requests we receive.

Our program includes an option to train a head trainer. This way you can continue performing, reviewing and educating your team or new team members on an ongoing basis. We can also come back and visit you a number of times every year to ensure that the level of service is kept high at all times.
Our Hotel Service Training program is delivered on site at your hotel or resort. The course can be delivered in 7 days or longer. We would typically recommend that you let each group of 10-15 maximum have 5-7 days of training each with at least 1 follow up later. It is important that we (and you) see the students/workers in action after and/or during the training to ensure the highest of quality.
