I was recommended to Bespoke Bureau via a friend who has used them for ages. Noteworthy is that it was my first time of using an agency. Of course, I was not 100% sure they would be able to help with my staffing as we have several homes and a complex staff scenario. However, the team came to my house for 3 hrs and drafted a plan. As a result, 6 weeks later we were sorted with the best housekeepers and the best Nannies  (we have 3). Unbelievably, they also helped us find a chef, a driver and a house manager. Initially, I thought the reg fee was a steep BUT we did get a free 3 hour session and then a 20 percent discount as we hired a group of ppl. Needless to say, this agency are worth the money. Also, recently, one of our housekeepers decided to go back to her home country and despite the fact that the guarantee period of the fee had run out, the Bespoke team found me a replacement for a discounted rate.
