When you contact us, we will initially have a consultation with you. We will then send you a proposal that we see fit. The courses we offer are tailored to meet the requests we receive. If you are not sure what you need then we can also help. A Head trainer will come to you and spend time with the management to check the service standards and style you have. We will point out and recommend ways to improve your hotel’s service.
Training Service Etiquette will keep you going for years.
We include an option to train the trainer or manager. This way you can continue performing, reviewing and educating your team or new team members on an ongoing basis. We can also come back and visit you several times every year to make sure that the level of service is kept high at all times.
How long are the courses?
Our Training Service Etiquette program is delivered on site. You can also send your team to us in the UK if you prefer. We would typically recommend that you let each group of 10-15 have 5-7 days of training each with at least 1 follow-up later. It is important that we (and you) see the students/workers in action after and/or during the training to make sure the highest of quality.
